Order processing
Please allow 2-3 working days for processing of your order. If you have opted for the Free Local Delivery, this will take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays and slots are subject to availability. We will confirm when your order will be delivered by email.
Postage and Packaging UK
FREE OF LOCAL CHARGE DELIVERY DURING COVID-19 LOCKDOWN with minimum £10 spend, available to those only living in postcodes: IP14, IP24, IP27, IP28, IP29, IP30, IP31, IP32, IP33 - choose FreeLocalDelivery when choosing your postage method if you live in one of these postcodes.
We offer several postage options from Royal Mail as follows:
Parcels up to 2kg including the packaging weight including packaging:
- £3.95 - Standard Second Class (3-6 days)
- £4.95 - Standard Second Class Signed for (3-6 days)
- £5.95 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature aims to deliver your item in 2-3 working days and includes full online tracking so you or the recipient can monitor your items progress. You will receive a signature on delivery and SMS/ email recipient notifications are optional. Recipients can also nominate a safe place where items can be left if no one is home
Parcels 2,001g up to 5kg including the packaging weight including packaging:
- £5.95 - Standard Second Class Signed For (3-6 days)
- £7.95 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature aims to deliver your item in 2-3 working days and includes full online tracking so you or the recipient can monitor your items progress. You will receive a signature on delivery and SMS/ email recipient notifications are optional. Recipients can also nominate a safe place where items can be left if no one is home.
Parcels 5,001g up to 10kg including the packaging weight including packaging:
- £10.00 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature aims to deliver your item in 2-3 working days and includes full online tracking so you or the recipient can monitor your items progress. You will receive a signature on delivery and SMS/ email recipient notifications are optional. Recipients can also nominate a safe place where items can be left if no one is home.
Please note, if you ask the courier/delivery agent to leave your parcel in another location such as a shed or with a neighbour, The Daily Grind BSE will not accept liability should you fail to receive your parcel.
Returns policy
All our orders are quality checked prior to dispatching, so we are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. If in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item to us, we will happily refund the cost of the item (providing it is unopened and in it's original packaging) within 14 days of it arriving with you. Please note any postage costs incurred when returning goods to us will be your responsibility.
Please notify us in writing that you wish to return an item by emailing: thedailygrind@hotmail.co.uk - we will then give you a return code to include with your parcel and you will then have 14 days to ensure the item(s) to arrive with us. We would recommend choosing a 'signed for' or 'trackable' delivery method as we cannot issue refunds for any return items lost in the post. We will endeavour to issue a refund within 14 days of us receiving your return parcel.
For items deemed to be faulty, please follow the process above. We will endeavour to investigate the issue with you and in the event we agree that an item is faulty, we will of course send a replacement or issue a full refund to you within 14 days.
